iweb.eu presents our services in web development, design and growth marketing, along with case studies and articles. Content is provided for general information — it is not professional advice, and project outcomes described in case studies do not guarantee identical results for your project.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, design, graphics, logos, code and case study materials — belongs to E-Interactive OÜ or its clients and is protected by copyright. You may browse, link to and quote the site with attribution. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse substantial parts of it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Client names and logos shown in case studies belong to their respective owners.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure;
• scrape the site's content at scale for republication or for training commercial datasets without permission;
• use the site or our contact channels to send spam or unlawful material.

5. Quotes and proposals

Estimates, indicative pricing or timelines communicated through this site or by email are invitations to negotiate, not binding offers. A project becomes binding only when both parties confirm a written agreement or proposal.

The site links to external websites (for example, client sites and tools we reference). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes that cannot be resolved by negotiation belong to the jurisdiction of Harju County Court, Estonia. If you are a consumer in the EU, mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected, and you may also use the European Commission'sonline dispute resolution platform.
